Liability of the landlord

The landlord accepts no liability for damages incurred by the customer during the use of the sauna facilities, unless they are due to gross negligence or intent of the landlord. Cooling off and swimming in the lake/river is at one's own risk; any liability is denied.

Customer liability

The customer is liable for damages caused by them to the sauna facilities.

Availability of the sauna facilities

The landlord assumes no liability for the temporary unavailability of the sauna facilities due to repair or maintenance work or due to circumstances beyond the landlord's control (e.g., force majeure).
